The puzzle of life
We are all interconnected. Whether we like it or not, whether we are conscious of it or not.
We learn from each other, we see (parts of) ourselves in others, we inspire, we influence, we empower or we even disempower others with every thought, every action and every interaction.
This is known in the spiritual world as collective consciousness. What we put out there matters. It affects not only us but everyone- especially those around us-.
I want you to imagine life as a huge and complex 3D puzzle. Everything in existence is one very important piece of that puzzle. Let's call it ‘The puzzle of life’ - apparently there is actually a board game with this name! :)-. The 'end’ result of this puzzle is dynamic and ever changing! It tells a story! It essentially tells a different story every passing second. All its pieces are malleable, transformable and can express and connect in different ways.
Humans, play a very important role in this puzzle. We are not the biggest or most important pieces of this puzzle, yet we are the most complicated and stubborn pieces of this puzzle that often do not "fit in" or connect properly to the rest! Inevitably the overall picture and story will be influenced by all the individual connections of the "pieces" of the puzzle (i.e. accumulation of thoughts, actions, decisions and choices we all make day by day, moment to moment).
Now, imagine we all have the power to choose our unique shape and how we connect to other pieces and therefore, ensure our own personal story is vibrant with bright colors and has a happy ending (at least in this lifetime)! What if I told you this is actually not only possible but the natural way of being? What story are you then choosing to create and be a part of? How are you choosing to connect? How would your choices then affect the connecting pieces and the end overall picture as well?
If you do not consciously choose your role/part in the puzzle (i.e. your new story, your values, your standards), the other pieces around you (i.e., your immediate environment) will assign you one anyway!
Self-awareness or self-discovery is a journey…that never ends…It's not easy, it takes willingness and commitment.
We cannot deeply connect to others if we are disconnected from ourselves. If we don't know who we are and what we stand for. If we don't know what is our "shape" and position in the puzzle of life and our points of connections with the rest of the world (incl. humans, other creatures, natural environment).
And guess what!
This is a life-long process that requires regular re-evaluation as we evolve. But it’s worth it and it's your greatest gift to our children and to the world.
