The shedding of the old, precursor of the new

Express freely, do not withhold what you soul wants to express no matter how silly or unimportant it may seem to others or even to your own mind -as our minds are heavily biased by the environments we grew up in-.

There is no right or wrong way you can do that. Let your soul and body guide you…you just need to allow. You will not be able to resist it for long anyway. The tower is already crumbling down from its foundations.

This is actually the era we live in. The era we are currently experiencing. It’s an era of acting out all of our deepest wounds and insecurities. It’s an era of deep healing, not behind closed doors, but instead, out in the open.

And the biggest proof for that? People all over the world (myself included) utilizing the opportunity for open and free expression regardless of the context or content. They simply express whatever it is they feel or they want to express and share with the world.

And the underlying intention? Subconscious, yet pure and honest: to be seen, heard, felt and understood for who they are and not for who others would like them to be. That’s a collective wounding!

The more we seek to put ourselves out there, the deepest the wounding of that part of ourselves is, and the more important it is, to us, to act as an example for others.

Is this a cry for help or a scream for ultimate freedom? Either way, it’s the need to be seen, heard, felt, embraced and recognized in our wholeness.

This is what we are, currently, naturally and spontaneously drawn towards. Nothing to be ashamed of. Rather we hold the opportunity to embrace it and allow it to unfold as it does. No need to fix, no need to correct, no need to filter or reject. Just pure, unfiltered, raw expression of the wounded invisible self.

Insecurities rise up in full steam. Suppressed parts of our being out of conscious control-in a rebellious act of release, requesting permission to be felt and seen no-matter what. “This is our time”, they say. “This is our turn!”. ‘People-puppets’ of their own suppressed parts and emotions simply following their deepest instincts towards the quest for inner peace, balance and true freedom.

The current (social and mental) structures unable to resist their urge for visibility and open expression. The new era demands the purging and shedding of the old paradigm in every shape or form. The old will need to be demolished before the new can even begin to be consciously envisioned and created. And that is why, the old is now louder than ever before. And that’s only the beginning. The beginning of the end for the old societal system on a global level. The purging has officially began on grand scale level, years even before the moment that we’re currently experiencing. And it will last for years to come after that moment. The snowball is already off the cliff and cannot be stopped anymore.

I also allow myself to be part of this change. Not by choice, but rather by a calling driven by a deeper inner knowing. The knowing that this is part of my role at this moment in time- like a swelling river whose momentum carries me away with it- And me, unwilling to even try to resisting its flow anymore. Because change, like water, cannot and it won’t be stopped. And I now know, that’s what I’ve signed up for.

The new era already claims its place in the world even if you and me will not be ‘here’ to experience it in its completeness. But we are here to become part of that change. And that alone is even more important and exciting, don’t you think?! So, let’s all flow along with the river of change and the shedding of the old. Let’s all become a conscious catalyst for this change.
